The Duke of York’s Office announced the engagement of Jack Brooksbank and Princess Eugenie at Buckingham Palace, on 22 January 2018. The couple were in a seven-year relationship after friends introduced them on a skiing holiday in Verbier in Switzerland, where Brooksbank had a job.
They were engaged on a trip to Nicaragua. After living in St James’s Palace for a few years, they moved into Ivy Cottage on Kensington Palace’s grounds in April 2018. The couple married at St George’s Chapel Windsor Castle on 12th October 2018. Eugenie was dressed in a dress by British designer Peter Pilotto & Belgian Christopher de Vos.
