June Shannon (also known as Mama June) is the mother of Anna and Jessica, Lauryn and Alana, and the matriarch in the Shannon family. She was born in McIntyre in Georgia in 1979 to Sandra Hundley (mother) and Marvin Shannon (father), who divorced when she turned two.
