Phoebe Harriet Dynevor is an English actress who was born on April 17, 1995. Dynevor, a young actress who debuted on the BBC One drama Waterloo Road, played the role of Daphne in the Bridgerton historical drama (2020-2022). Later she made recurring appearances on the BBC television series Prisoners’ Wives (2012)-2013 and Dickensian (2016). She was also an actress on the BBC One school drama Waterloo road (2009-2010).
